Crazy clean place, no doubt about it. Staff was wicked friendly, especially Carlos – you ask him anything, he'll help you out, no problem. The little rooftop pool? Perfect for chillin'. Just wish the rooms had more storage—felt a bit sparse with my bags everywhere.

I was disappointed with the strict checkout policy. I asked to extend my checkout by just 40 minutes, but they were unwilling to accommodate my request. This was frustrating, especially because I felt I was a valued guest otherwise. Additionally, while I appreciated the overall friendliness of the staff, that one refusal left a sour note at the end of my visit.
